AVO-SVA2-F S-Video and Stereo Audio Balun Examples of a Setup
Example System 1: Two AVO-SVA2-F baluns connect a DVD player to a remote plasma and an audio receiver. Audio and video from the DVD player is balanced by the source balun, transmitted over the Cat 5 cabling, and then unbalanced by the receive balun. The audio from the DVD player is sent to the audio receiver and the video is sent to the plasma.
Example System 2: Two AVO-SVA2-F baluns connect a VCR to a television. Audio and video from the VCR is balanced by the source balun, transmitted over the Cat 5 cabling, and then unbalanced by the receive balun.
Example System 3: A common application for the AVDA-8-F and AVO-SVA2-F balun is in retail kiosks and residential home theater distribution-wo scenarios in which a single audio/video source is routed to multiple destinations. In the above example the s-video and stereo audio from a DVD player is distributed to four remote plasmas.
